THE CITY OF FREDERICK
TO HOLD TWO WORKSHOP MEETINGS ON AUGUST 30, 2006

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that Mayor William J. Holtzinger has called for two Workshop meetings on Wednesday, August 30, 2006. The meetings will be held at
2:00 PM and 7:00 PM in the first floor Boardroom of City Hall.

The regularly scheduled 2:00 PM Workshop agenda consists of the following topics:
1. A discussion regarding the Sister Cities Program
2. An overview of proposed land development review cases
3. The Land Management Code (LMC) text amendments, round 3

Mayor Holtzinger has called for a second Workshop meeting on August 30, 2006 at
7:00 PM. This evening meeting will allow for citizen attendance and input by those unable to attend a daytime Workshop meeting. The topic for the evening Workshop meeting is as follows:
1. Continued discussion of the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO).
