MAYOR APPOINTS NEW
DPW DEPUTY DIRECTOR - ENGINEERING

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is pleased to announce that Neil Parrott, P.E., will be joining the City as the Department of Public Works Deputy Director-Engineering. Mr. Parrott has over 12 years experience as an engineer with Maryland State Highway Administration with a concentration in traffic and transportation. In addition to being a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Engineering and a Registered Professional Engineer, Mr. Parrott is a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer and has also earned a Masters of Business Administration degree.
