SINGLE LANE OF TRAFFIC ON WEST PATRICK STREET DUE TO REPLACING A WATER MAIN

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the City of Frederick’s Water Department will be continuing work to prepare for replacing a leaking main line water valve at the intersection of North Market Street and West Patrick Street on Monday, May 1st, beginning at 7 a.m. This work may span a couple days and nights. In order to replace the valve, water will need to be shut off. The shut offs will occur after hours at night. Everyone affected will be notified prior to the shut down. Traffic will be down to a single lane traffic while work occurs. We apologize for any inconvenience this street work may have on you. Thank you for your cooperation!
