MARKET STREET BRIDGE WORK CAUSES SINGLE LANE CLOSURES FOR TWO WEEKS IN MAY

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that Morgan Keller, Inc., a contractor for the City of Frederick’s Carroll Creek Park Project, will be installing elevated crosswalks and pavers at the Market Street Bridge which will result in alternating single lane closures on Market Street, between All Saints Street and Patrick Street, from Monday, May 8 – Friday, May 19. The contractor anticipates reopening both lanes of the bridge to normal traffic flow over the weekend (emergency and weather permitting). Lane closures will remain in place during the week evenings.
