EAST CHURCH STREET MILLING AND
FINAL TOP COAT PAVING DELAYED AGAIN

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the milling of East Church Street and final top coat paving will not take place next week as previously scheduled. It is anticipated that this work will begin in late April, further detail will be provided when the City has received a schedule from F.O. Day.
