Frederick, Md. ---- Please be advised that on Wednesday, September 7, from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., Creekside Alley, from the C. Burr Artz Library to the entrance of the Carroll Creek Parking Deck, will be temporarily closed due to work being done by Waynesboro Construction, the contractor of Carroll Creek’s Site B.
