HOLIDAY LIGHTS INSTALLATION BEGINS
Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the City of Frederick will begin preparations for the 2005 holiday season next week with the initial holiday light installations. Beginning on Monday, October 3rd through Friday, November 4th, expect slight traffic delays on Market Street, from South Street to 4th Street, as Department of Public Works crews install holiday lights!
