DRAFT WATER AND SEWER ALLOCATION REGULATIONS, PART OF CITY’S WATER ALLOCATION ORDINANCE ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES, AVAILABLE ONLINE

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the City of Frederick’s Planning Department has placed a DRAFT of the Water and Sewer Allocation Regulations online for public comment. This draft document is an update to the City’s Administrative Guidelines of the Water Allocation Ordinance. This document will be discussed at the next Water and Sewer Service Committee meeting, on Wednesday, September 21, at 10 a.m., City Hall Board Room.
