CITY OF FREDERICK ANNUAL WATER AND SEWER ALLOCATION MASTER LIST UPDATE

Frederick, Md. --- Pursuant to the Water Allocation Ordinance passed by the City of Frederick’s Board of Aldermen on September 19, 2002, the City will open its Water and Sewer Allocation Ordinance Master List for new projects and existing projects to be re-evaluated based on their development review status as of December 1 st. The Water and Sewer Allocation Ordinance governs the allocation of water and sewer to all development projects requiring water and sewer/or additional water and sewer from the City. In order for a new project to be placed on the Water and Sewer Allocation Master List or for a project currently on the list to be reevaluated a new application form must be completed and returned to the City of Frederick Planning Department by Friday December 9, 2005. Applications are available online at www.cityoffrederick.com. At this point the City will update the Water and Sewer Allocation Ordinance Master List to show the status of all projects eligible for water in 2006. Once the update is completed the revised list will be available on the City’s website for review.

Please note all projects are eligible to be reassessed annually based on their development review status as of December 1 st of each year.
