NEIGHBORHOOD ADVISORY
COUNCIL (NAC) 4 MEETING ANNOUNCED

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is pleased to announce a meeting of the Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) 4 on Thursday, May 12, 2005, 7 p.m., Roy Rogers Restaurant- Route 26.
NAC 4 bound on the north and east by the Monocacy River, on the east by the Frederick City Limits, on the south by the Clustered Spires Golf Course, the Monocacy River and Worman's Mill Industries, and on the west by Thomas Johnson Drive. Includes Worman's Mill, the Riverside and Dearbought developments, the Clustered Spires Golf Course, and Worman's Mill Industries.
The Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) Initiative is a comprehensive community development initiative designed to empower residents and neighborhoods to strengthen communities. The underlying premise of the Neighborhood Advisory Council Initiative is that the residents and business community in a neighborhood are most ideally suited to identify and solve issues in those communities. The NAC’s provide residents the opportunity to work with the City Departments, such as Frederick Community Action Agency, Department of Planning & Community Development, to ensure the City is delivering high quality services.

Residents are encouraged to attend this NAC meeting and get involved.
