MAYOR DOUGHERTY TO PRESENT
PROPOSED CITY BUDGET TO BOARD OF
ALDERMEN ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 9
Frederick, Md. --- Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty will present the FY06 draft budget to the Board of Aldermen at the March 9th at the 2 p.m. Mayor and Board of Aldermen Workshop.
Copies of a summary of the Mayor’s proposed budget will be available on March 9th at the reception desk of City Hall and on the Finance Department page of the City’s web page www.cityoffrederick.com <http://www.cityoffrederick.com/>. Requests to have the summary mailed can be made by calling 301-600-1380. The complete proposed budget will be available for review at the reception desk of City Hall.
Public comment on the proposed budget is encouraged during the Mayor and Board of Aldermen Workshops. This year additional Workshops have been added to address the FY06 proposed budget. These additional Workshops will take place on Mondays, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.
