SUMMERFEST FAMILY THEATRE SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

This year’s Summerfest Family Theatre schedule is full of music, magic, mermaids and more! Celebrate Frederick Inc. will present the free series on Saturday nights at 7 p.m. in the Baker Park bandshell. The season starts July 9th and ends with a special Carnival night on August 27th.
The performance line-up follows:
July 9 Milkshake - a musical program

July 16 Rapunzel presented by Popcorn Hat Players Children’s Theatre

July 23 The Little Mermaid presented by Sadecky’s Puppets

July 30 Scales and Tales: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly presented by
The Maryland Department of Natural Resources

August 6 Mom and Me - a musical program

August 13 Cathy Fink & Marcy Marxer - a musical program

August 20 Speed & Thro - high energy magic

August 27 SUMMERFEST CARNIVAL, 5- 7 PM, featuring amusements, pony rides, face painting, balloon sculptures, crafts, wandering entertainers, and costumed characters, followed by Simply Shonna and a Tribute to Dr. Seuss at 7 PM on the Bandshell stage.
