EAST STREET CROSSWALK INSTALLATION CHANGES

Frederick, Md. --- Please note that there has been a change in the process of crosswalk installation taking place on East Street. City contractors will be installing crosswalks from 3rd Street to Church Street on the west side and then working there way eastbound. This change in work schedule is more efficient and will lessen the lane closures. Traffic will be controlled using an arrow board, road cones and flagmen.
