following is the Voting Record from yesterday’s Business Meeting of the Mayor
and Board of Aldermen. Aldermen Bill
Hall and Joe Baldi were no in attendance.
BUSINESS MEETING
CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF:
All matters included under this item are considered
to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and are being heard at
Workshop pursuant to Section 3, Meetings, Rule 3.7, Work Sessions of the Rules
of Procedure of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be enacted by one
motion in the form listed below, without separate discussion of each item,
unless any member of the Board of Aldermen requests an item or items to be
removed from the Agenda. Any item
removed from the Agenda may be considered at a Regular Public Hearing.
A. Contracts and Projects
1. Approval of issuance of a Purchase Order to
RGA, Inc., sole source supplier, in the amount of $55,715.00 for traffic signal
components needed to complete upgrades (CIP #340401)
2. Approval of a Change Order to P.O. #050985 to
Richard E. Tyeryar Concrete Company in the amount of
$40,000.00 to include FY05 overlay projects (CIP #320013)
3. Approval of a Change Order to P. O. #045319 to Richard F. Kline, Inc. in the amount of $275,000.00 to include FY05 overlay projects (CIP #320013)
4. Approval of issuance of a Purchase Order to
Frederick Brick Works in the amount of $51,620.63 for brick pavers
for sidewalk reconstruction (CIP #320401)
