CITY CLOSINGS FOR UPCOMING HOLIDAYS ANNOUNCED

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that City Hall will be closed from Monday, December 26 through Friday, December 30 in observance of the Christmas Holiday. City Hall will reopen for business at 8 a.m., on Monday, January 2. All payments and correspondence may be placed in the drop box on the Church Street side of City Hall.

The Frederick Community Action Agency will be open and operational, however some program activities and services may vary. For additional information please call 301-600-1506.

The William Talley Recreation Center will be closed on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1. The Center will be open regular hours from December 26 - December 30. For additional information please call 301-360-3848.

The Parking Department for the City of Frederick, parking decks and street meters, will operate at regular service Tuesday, December 27 - Friday, December 30. On December 26th there will be no meter enforcement and the parking decks will operate on the night/weekend schedule.

Trash collection service will be cancelled on the morning of Monday, December 26th and Friday, December 30th. Collection will take place as usual on all other days.
