400 BLOCK OF SOUTH MARKET STREET AFFECTED BY WATER SERVICE REPAIR TONIGHT

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the City of Frederick’s Water Department will be repairing a water service in the 400 Block of South Market Street, between Mount Olivet Boulevard and Madison Street, tonight, Thursday, December 1st. Work will begin at 8 p.m. and is expected to take approximately eight hours to complete.
The northbound lane in the 400 block of S. Market Street, in between Mount Olivet Boulevard and Madison Street, will be closed to traffic during the duration of the work. The southbound lane will remain open. Emergency equipment will be able to get through the area. Expect normal construction equipment in this area while the work is taking place.
