following is the Voting Record from today’s Business Meeting of the Mayor and
Board of Aldermen.
BUSINESS MEETING
CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF:
All matters included under this item are considered
to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and are being heard at
Workshop pursuant to Section 3, Meetings, Rule 3.7, Work Sessions of the Rules
of Procedure of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be enacted by one
motion in the form listed below, without separate discussion of each item,
unless any member of the Board of Aldermen requests an item or items to be
removed from the Agenda. Any item
removed from the Agenda may be considered at a Regular Public Hearing.
A. Agreements Between City and Developers
1. Approval of release of
RLI Bond No. SSB-294769 in sum of $18,687.50 posted by Ausherman Development
Corporation as guarantee of completion of Grading/SEC improvements to Ballenger
Pointe Condo site, further described in PWA dated 09/26/01
2. Approval of release of RLI Bond No.
SSB-294755 in sum of $45,560.70 posted by Ausherman Development Corporation as
guarantee of completion of Grading/SEC improvements to Clover Ridge, Phase 1,
further described in PWA dated 04/24/01
3. Approval of release of $103,980 cash funds
posted by Parker Alexander Group, Ltd. As guarantee of completion of
improvements to Maxwell Square, further described in PWA dated d05/04/05. This PWA/Surety has been replaced, in
entirety, by new developer, Churchill Group @ Maxwell Square, Inc., per new PWA
dated 07/21/05

Criswell Chevrolet in the amount of $112,530 for purchase of six (6) police
vehicles, in accordance with State of Maryland contract
3. Approval of Issuance of a Purchase Order to
Frederick County Treasurer in the amount of $108,000 for Police Department’s
share of utilities and maintenance costs for FY 06
