FINAL IMPROVEMENTS TO WELL 3, 4 AND 7 TAKING PLACE IN RIVERWALK PARK AND FREDERICKTOWNE VILLAGE PARK

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that during the week of August 8 -12, Mid-Atlantic Utilities, Inc., will begin mobilizing project materials and equipment to the project site. Additionally, a survey crew will begin the project stakeout for the access roads, electrical panels and conduit and well site fencing. There will not be any major construction performed within the time period stated.
Please note the impact to the affected area:
1. Traffic control devices such as traffic cones, signs and arrow boards will be used to limit traffic to one lane during the hours of 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
2. As work progresses, please use caution in areas that have been stabilized and restored. Please do not walk or drive across areas that have been stabilized and restored with seed and straw, as they may be wet or soft and hard to navigate until grass has been reestablished in these areas.
3. During normal working operations, residents should anticipate normal construction equipment noise levels from backhoes, dump trucks, compaction equipment, etc.
4. Please exercise caution when driving or walking in the vicinity of the work area, during or after working hours. Areas that have been marked or enclosed with orange safety fence, or traffic cones indicate a potential hazard. Please stay clear of these areas.
