Frederick, Md. ---- Please be advised that H.F. Payne Co. will be closing one lane of traffic on College Avenue beginning today through Friday, September 9th.
1. College Avenue, from Patrick Street to Albrecht’s Place. Single lane of traffic in order to work on a water service. Work will take place from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., daily.
