CITY OF FREDERICK VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE NEARS

Frederick City residents who wish to register to vote in the September 13, 2005 City Primary Election are reminded that the deadline for voter registration is 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 15.

In order to become a registered voter, individuals must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Frederick City, and be at least 18 years of age on September 13, 2005.

Voter registration applications may be obtained by calling the Board of Elections until Tuesday, August 9. Applications are also available in County libraries, the Motor Vehicle Administration, Frederick Community College, the County Courthouse, and all U.S. Post Offices.

Individuals may also register at the Board of Elections, Winchester Hall, 12 E. Church Street, Frederick, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
