following is the Voting Record from today’s Business Meeting of the Mayor and
Board of Aldermen.

CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF:
All matters included under this item are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and are being heard at Workshop pursuant to Section 3, Meetings, Rule 3.7, Work Sessions of the Rules of Procedure of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below, without separate discussion of each item, unless any member of the Board of Aldermen requests an item or items to be removed from the Agenda. Any item removed from the Agenda may be considered at a Regular Public Hearing.
A. Intra-Departmental Budget Transfer Requests
1. Approval of an intra-departmental budget
transfer request in the amount of $85,000.00 to provide funding for vehicle
fuel and for professional services for the Police Department
2. Approval of an intra-departmental budget transfer request in the amount of $10,383.00 to accommodate streetlight-related electrical expenses for Department of Street Lights/Traffic Signals
3. Approval of an intra-departmental budget
transfer request in the amount of $7,000.00 to accommodate projected supply and
fuel needs for remainder of fiscal year for Maintenance of Machinery/Equipment
Department
4. Approval of an intra-departmental budget
transfer request in the amount of
$43,200.00 to accommodate projected natural gas needs for DPW General
Administration Department
5.
Approval of an intra-departmental budget transfer request in the amount of
$25,000.00 to accommodate projected supply and service needs for remainder of
fiscal year for Waste Collection and Disposal Department
