CITY OF FREDERICK ANNOUNCES WINTER 2005 SESSION OF FREDERICK 101
CITIZENS AWARENESS PROGRAM

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is searching for interested residents to enroll in Frederick 101’s Saturday Series. Frederick 101’s Saturday Series is a new weekend citizens awareness program, designed to educate residents about City services, City operations, and interesting citywide issues. The program is designed to be an interactive tour through the Frederick community and will be lead by the City's Chiefs and Directors and interesting community leaders.

Frederick 101 will provide you with the following:
Information about your community;
Information on how to get involved and make a difference; and
An opportunity to meet your neighbors and interesting classmates.

The following are the dates required for attendance and the topics:

April 9th 10 a.m. Yolanda Woods, citizen advocate
Mike Spurrier, director of Frederick Community Action
Agency
