East Church Street Reconstruction Project Update

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is reconstructing East Church Street.
The contractor will continue installation of the sewer main along the north side between East St. and Chapel alley. Another crew will be completing the installation of the granite curbs on the north side to Chapel Alley from N. Market and will be paving another lift of asphalt to secure those curbs prior to opening up the north lane to traffic and closing the south lane to start curb installation on the south side.

The "roving" temporary loading/unloading area is currently installed approximate 50 feet west of the corner at East Street.
