CITY ANNOUNCES PRESERVATION PLANNER ON CALL SERVICE

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is pleased to announce a new service through the planning department. Effective immediately the historic preservation planner, Barbara Wyatt, has designated certain times to serve as the "preservation planner on call". This service will be available on the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Staff level approvals and other HDC cases can be discussed at these times. This service does not require an appointment. If a specific time is desired please contact Linda Gravitt at 301-696-2995. Wyatt will still be available at other times by appointment, including some evenings. Please see the administrative approval guidelines on the city's website for an indication of the types of projects that can be approved at the staff level, without attending HDC meetings. Remember, administrative approval applications only require the original and one copy.
Due to a conference this service will not be available on Thursday, May 19.
