Staff Preparing New Parking Deck Area For Construction

Frederick, Md. ---Please be advised G.W. Management, contractor for The City of Frederick, will be completing site work, construction of utilities, relocation of the Court House cooling tower and demolition of seven buildings in support of the construction of The City of Frederick’s fourth parking deck. The construction of the parking deck project will begin immediately after this effort.

The impact to the neighborhood will include minor disruptions on West Patrick Street, displacement of parking on the Frederick County Court House parking lot, access detour for the rear of properties on the south side of the 100 block of West Patrick Street, and minor noise and dust.
