MAYOR CALLS A SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN

Frederick, Md. --- Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty has called for a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to take place on Wednesday, November 24, at 9 a.m., in the City Hall Board Room.

At the Special Meeting the Mayor and Board of Aldermen will reconsider an Ordinance to amend the Code of the City in Chapter 8, “Finance and Taxation,” by adding Section 8-6, entitled “Homestead Property Tax Credit”. Public comment is welcome and encouraged. This Special Meeting will be televised LIVE on Channel 99.
