LAKE COVENTRY REMEDIAL WORK

Frederick, Md. --- Residents of Lake Coventry please be informed that contractors on behalf of the City of Frederick will be doing work in your neighborhood to enhance sidewalk, curb and gutter, and street work throughout the month of May.

On or around Monday, May 10 (weather permitting), Richard E. Tyeryar Concrete Construction, a contractor of the City of Frederick, will begin sidewalk, curb and gutter replacement. This work will entail the removal and replacement of the mentioned concrete items, by jackhammer and concrete trucks. It is expected that work will last approximately two weeks, with work only being done during daytime hours.

In addition, Poole Landscaping, another contractor of the City of Frederick, will be replanting the HOA landscaping beginning on or about May 14. This work shall be completed within one week, again, weather permitting.
