NEW FACES AROUND CITY HALL

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is pleased to introduce three new staff members. . The Engineering and Building Department would like to welcome Neil Clemens and Christopher Conner.

Clemens join’s the department as the new project engineer under the Land Development and Construction Division. He most recently worked for the Howard County Development of Planning and Zoning and has almost 10 years of engineering experience with the U.S. Corp. of Engineers.

Conner also joins the Engineering and Building Department as the new senior surveyor technician. Conner has almost 20 years of experience, most recently at Haller Blanchard and Associates. He replaces Wayne Twigg, who now is a member of the City’s CIP Water NOW team. Conner who has been working in Frederick for a number of years has a great deal of experience working on the county, city and state government clients.

Finally, Kathryn Richardson has been named the City’s webmaster. Richardson recently graduated from Salisbury University where she majored is mass communications. Her background includes web site design, maintenance, and editorial experience. Richardson replaces Scott Coble who served as the City’s webmaster for two years.
