PLAYGROUND PLANNING MEETING SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, MAY 11

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is inviting interested residents to assist with future playground planning for Baughman’s Babee Park, Grove Park, Harmon Park and Valley Street Park. The City of Frederick has formed a staff committee and is seeking input from neighboring park residents in the design process. The purpose of this meeting is to determine equipment types (merry-go-round, swings, climbers, etc.), locations within parks, and color selections within a predetermined budget. Decisions about current equipment will also be made (remove or leave in place).
