Frederick, Md. --- City of Frederick Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty will act as guest host for WMFD radio personality Blaine Young's Frederick Focus. Mayor Dougherty will guest host this Saturday, March 27, from 9 - 11:30 a.m. The format of Frederick Focus, an issue-driven program, is both topic and caller driven.
