CITY
OF FREDERICK WATER SERVICE COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL
WATER ALLOCATIONS
Frederick,
Md. --- The City of Frederick’s Water Service Committee
voted unanimously today to allocate water received by
a recent MDE decision to allocate 501,600 gpd effective
immediately.
Thirty-one
residential projects were announced to be receiving
Water Service Contracts as a result of this water allocation.
That equates to 819 equivalent dwelling units. Six of
the projects in the Residential Allocation have been
completely satisfied of their water needs.
Also,
three Non-Residential Tier One Projects were completely
satisfied of there water needs. Those allocations went
to: Stained Glass Classes & Supply, West Side Café,
and Lucky House Restaurant.
The
Water Service Committee is composed of Chuck Boyd, Paul
Lee, and Roger Twigg.
