TAXI CAB COMMISSION WAITING LIST
CAN NOW APPLY FOR PERMITS
Frederick,
Md. --- Pursuant to the adoption on the City of Frederick’s
revised Taxi Cab Ordinance, the Taxi Cab Commission
is now notifying all parties listed on the Taxi Cab
Waiting List who are entitled to obtain a Taxi Cab permit
of the process and timeframe to do so. Waiting list
individuals will have 28 calendar days beginning today,
Wednesday, June 23rd, to respond.
The
following individuals are listed in Appendix A of the
recently amended Taxi Cab Ordinance: Tambra Sue Wood,
William Lee Bowie, Alfred James Smith, Howard Thomas
Hurst, Carl Lamar Hewitt, Alfredo Paoli Borrero, Joseph
Earl D'Urso III, John William Shupe, James Harvey Squire,
William Harry Marshall, and William Allen Prince.
The
abovementioned list will be receiving a packet of information
regarding the process via certified mail. Any individual
on the list interested in applying for a permit license
fee should contact the City of Frederick’s Criminal
Investigation Division no later than July 21, 301-600-2126.
