LAND MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE PUBLIC MEETING SCHEDULED FOR
JULY 7
Frederick,
Md.--- Please be advised that the City of Fredericks
Planning Department, as a part of the Comprehensive
Development Ordinance Update, will host the fourth in
a series of four Land Management Ordinance Public Meetings
on July 7, City Hall Board Room, from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to allow our consultant,
Mark White of Freilich, Leitner, and Carlisle, to discuss
his review and analysis of the summary reports that
were prepared after each of the Development Task Force
Meetings and the first three public meetings that were
conducted this spring. Marks visits to the City
will help him understand the issues that we face with
our development regulations, so please plan to join
us for this important meeting.
Task
force members, NAC representatives, and the general
public will have the opportunity to ask questions of
our consultant and will be updated on the status of
this project. We urge you to attend and participate
in this process.
