CARROLL PARKWAY MILLING WORK
Frederick, Md. --- Residents of Carroll Parkway, please be informed that R.F. Kline will be commencing milling operations on or about Wednesday, July 7th, in preparation for paving on Carroll Parkway, and deep-patching on Lake Coventry.
