TAXI CAB COMMISSION ANNOUNCES
AVAILABLE PERMITS

Frederick, Md. --- The Taxi Cab Commission recently issued 45 permits to individuals who had been on a waiting list. As a result of those issuances, 10 permits remain to be issued. The Taxi Cab Commission is requesting that any parties interested in applying for a taxi cab permit contact the City of Frederick’s Criminal Investigation Division no later than September 15, at 11:59 p.m., 301-600-2126. Once all applications are received, the Taxi Cab Commission will conduct a lottery at their October 2004 meeting.
