MAYOR DOUGHERTY’S “STATE OF THE CITY” ADDRESS SCHEDULED

Frederick, Md. --- City of Frederick Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty will hold a special “State of the City” news conference on Saturday, January 31, 2004, at 10 a.m., Boscov’s Court, Fredericktowne Mall. At this news conference the Mayor will reflect on her second year in office, the accomplishments and successes, lessons learned, and plans for the upcoming year.

The public is encouraged to come. Photo opportunities will also be welcome.
