CITY
DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL SERVICES ANNOUNCES COSTS FOR COPIES
OF “BLACK BOOK”
Frederick,
Md. --- The City of Frederick is currently processing
orders received for copies of all and/or portions of
the “Black Book”.
Please
note that the Black Book may be purchased in its entirety
or in five sections. These sections are: Inbox, Outbox/Sent,
Deleted, Miscellaneous, and Police. The costs per section
are as follows:

Three VHS Tapes @ $15.00 per tape or $10.00 per tape
if tape is supplied by requestor.
Compact
Disc
One CD @ 20.00 per disk; with proof of age over 18 years.
Requests
for the entire Black Book, including all VHS/CD copies
will cost $3,000. There will be a fee of $3,150 if sections
are ordered separately due to the staff time involved
in partial duplication services.
All
inquires regarding copies of any portion of the Black

Due to the magnitude of information there may be a one
to two business day waiting period. Payment must be
received prior to duplication.
