1.  Approval of release of American Motorists Bond No. 3SM80690000 in sum of $118,184.35 posted by the Canton Company as guarantee of completion of public improvements to Willowbrook, Phase 1, Part 3, further described in PWA dated 03/24/95 and acceptance of Burnside Drive, Sta 25+16.03 to 29+70; Kearney Court, Sta 0+00 to 1+77; and Harrison Court, Sta 0+00 to 4+87.78

 

2.  Approval of release of Fidelity & Deposit Bond No. 8584141 in sum of $41,819.64 posted by All Saints Parish as guarantee of completion of improvements to the All Saints Parish Church, 108 W. Patrick Street, further described in PWA dated 08/06/01

 

3.  Approval of release of F&M Bank LOC No. 13776-80002 in sum of $65,372.61 posted by J&R, L.P. & East Side, LLC, to guarantee forestation improvements to North Rosenstock Farm, further described in FCA dated 03/30/99

 

4.  Approval of release of Cash Funds in sum of $56,348.16 posted by MORP Frederick Associates as guarantee of completion of forestation improvements to Ballenger Creek Center, Phase 1, further described in FCA dated 11/30/99
