CONSENT AGENDA:

matters included under this item are considered to be routine by the Mayor and
Board of Aldermen. They will be enacted
by one motion in the form listed below, without separate discussion of each
item, unless any person present -- city official or citizen -- requests and
item or items to be removed from the Consent Agenda. Any item removed from the Consent Agenda will be considered
separately at the end of the Consent Agenda.

A. Agreements Between City and Developers
1. Approval of release of American Motorists Bond No. 3SM80690000 in sum of $118,184.35 posted by the Canton Company as guarantee of completion of public improvements to Willowbrook, Phase 1, Part 3, further described in PWA dated 03/24/95 and acceptance of Burnside Drive, Sta 25+16.03 to 29+70; Kearney Court, Sta 0+00 to 1+77; and Harrison Court, Sta 0+00 to 4+87.78
2. Approval of release of Fidelity & Deposit Bond No. 8584141 in sum of $41,819.64 posted by All Saints Parish as guarantee of completion of improvements to the All Saints Parish Church, 108 W. Patrick Street, further described in PWA dated 08/06/01
3. Approval of release of F&M Bank LOC No. 13776-80002 in sum of $65,372.61 posted by J&R, L.P. & East Side, LLC, to guarantee forestation improvements to North Rosenstock Farm, further described in FCA dated 03/30/99

Approval of release of Cash Funds in sum of $56,348.16 posted by MORP
Frederick Associates as guarantee of completion of forestation improvements to
