East Church Street Reconstruction Project Update
Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is reconstructing East Church Street.
This past week brought the completion of six house connections/taps, including Winchester Hall, there is the possibility one more will be completed today.

This coming week will bring the continuation of installing house connections on the north side of the street.
