MDE MEASURING STREAM FLOWS
WITHIN CITY LIMITS

Frederick, Md. ---Please be advised that the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) will be measuring stream flows along Carroll Creek near College Avenue, Highland Street, and at the entrance to the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant along Gas House Pike on Thursday, December 30. This work is being conducted in conjunction with the City’s initiatives in obtaining additional allocable water.
