Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the final surface paving on Military Road will take place today, Thursday, December 16, 2004, from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Military Road will be closed to through traffic during these hours. Emergency equipment will be granted passage. Travelers will be redirected from Military Road to Meade Avenue and then to Lee Place.
