SPEED HUMP INSTALLATION
BEGINNING IN THE MORNING

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that State Contracting Inc., a contractor for the City of Frederick, will begin the installation of speed humps in the City on Tuesday, December 14. Work will take place from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., for a three to four day period, weather permitting. The start date for this work was recently postponed from Friday, December 10 until tomorrow. The contractor will begin on 14th Street and proceed west. Roads will be closed to thru traffic, local traffic will be granted access. It is anticipated this work will take four business days to complete.

The affected streets are 12th, 13th, 14th and Frederick Streets, between Motter Avenue and North Market Street. Please consider alternate routes, as there may be occasional road closures and traffic rerouting.
