CITY OF FREDERICK ANNOUNCES FREDERICK 101
CITIZENS AWARENESS PROGRAM

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick is searching for interested residents to enroll in the Fall 2004 session of Frederick 101. Frederick 101 is a six-week citizens awareness program, designed to educate residents about City services, City operations, and interesting Citywide issues. The program is designed to be an interactive tour through the Frederick community and will be lead by the City's Chiefs and Directors and interesting community leaders.

Frederick 101 will provide you with the following:
Information about your community;
Information on how to get involved and make a difference; and
An opportunity to meet your neighbors and interesting classmates.

Classes will be held on six Thursdays September-October at various City locations between the 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Frederick 101 is open to the first 25 residents who enroll. Interested residents should contact Sara McGill, Community Outreach Assistant, to enroll at
