LIFE’S A CARNIVAL AT SUMMERFEST FAMILY THEATRE
ON AUGUST 28TH

This year’s Summerfest Family Theatre series will end with a night of fun and magic in Baker Park on Saturday, Aug. 28th. For the first time, the series will host a carnival from 5 to 7 PM, followed by a magic show in the bandshell with Peter Wood of Shazam Magic.
You won’t want to miss the first Summerfest Carnival. Kids will be able to crawl through the Kiddie-pillar, ride on a pony, bounce on the moonbounce, and meet Clifford the Big Red Dog and Cinderella. The carnival also features face-painting, a bubble machine, and a huge bean bag toss!
Make sure you stay to watch the magic show in the bandshell at 7 PM. Peter Wood of Shazam Magic will astound you with his act. A Frederick County resident, Peter has been performing magic since the tender age of five. His younger brother Matt serves as Peter’s assistant, along with their faithful sidekick, Caspar the bunny.
