Please be advised that the City of Frederick currently has a construction contractor working on East Street, from the intersection of East Patrick Street (Route 144) north to the intersection of 5th Street. Work includes underground utilities, paving of roads and sidewalk restoration. The construction work under this contract will be in progress through the Sept/Oct/Nov timeframe. Please be advised that traffic flow will be affected and delays should be expected. Please use alternate routes during this timeframe.
