PUBLIC ART SPIRES TO BE INSTALLED

Frederick, Md. ---The Public Arts Spires will be installed Monday, August 16th, 9:00 a.m., weather permitting, on the corner of Bentz Street and Carroll Parkway. The dedication ceremony will be announced at a later date.
