ALDERMEN DONNA RAMSBURG AND JOE BALDI ANNOUNCE SPECIAL NEWS CONFERENCE IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED FY05 BUDGET

Frederick, Md. --- Aldermen Donna Ramsburg and Joe Baldi have announced a special news conference to be held on Wednesday, April 28, at 9:30 a.m., in the Board Room of City Hall to discuss an alternate compromise to the Proposed FY05 Budget.
