SINKHOLES REPORTED IN CITY

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the City of Frederick is investigating reports of two sinkholes in the City. The first sinkhole is located in Sagner Park, off of Maryland Avenue. The second sinkhole is located at East South Street and Monocacy Blvd. If you are traveling in these areas please proceed with extreme caution, as the City's crews will be working.
Also be aware that there may be possible changes in traffic patterns for the evening commute as a result of work. Information will be released when and if traffic patterns change.
