On September 25th Mayor Jennifer P. Dougherty presented a William Alden Lee a Proclamation honoring International Ataxia Awareness Day. This is the fourth year the City of Frederick has presented Mr. lee with a Proclamation.

The ATAXIA's are rare progression disorders of the nervous system affecting balance and coordination.
