The American Red Cross will be opening a shelter at Frederick Community College at 3:00PM today. Shelter participants are asked to bring essential items such as bedding, clothing, medicines and other personal needs. Due to health concerns, pets are not allowed in shelters. The shelter location is 7932 Opossumtown Pike and will be set up in the gym.
